Move better.Get stronger.Live healthier.
One-on-one personal training in the Bay Area, and online plans wherever you train. Every plan starts with how your body moves today, injuries included.

Built around your body
Strength, mobility or getting back from an injury: whatever you came for, it starts the same way.
It starts with listening
Your first session is about you: your goals, your history, what hurts and how you move today.
The plan fits your body
A bad knee, a sore back or an old injury is planned around, not pushed through.
You learn the why
Udoka explains which muscles are working, how to stretch them and why each exercise is in your plan.
It keeps going at home
You leave with exercises for your off days and simple eating tips, so progress does not stop between sessions.

A track athlete turned coach
Udoka was a collegiate track athlete before he was a coach. Track showed him what goes on behind a good race: the strength work, the mobility, the recovery, and how quickly a small injury can stop everything.
He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, the science of how the body moves, and to specialize in rehab: getting people strong again after an injury, and training them so they stay that way.
His clients include a former college athlete with three ACL injuries, people training around knee, back and wrist trouble, and people who just wanted to feel comfortable in a gym. What they describe is the same: sessions that are hard, educational and really fun.
